How do u get a guild hall and where and are they free?

You need a celestial sigil. You can get one by winning the Hall of Heroes, or buying one from the sigil trader or another person.

From the trader, they range in the area of 60-80k.

lol yeah depends on how u want to buy it. many ways just don't go ebay, thats against ur agreement

You can either buy one or win one. One is pretty hard, the other is just a little expensive.
